This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £220,000 for 7 Freshwater Court, Lady Margaret Road, Southall, Middx, UB1 2NY

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £285,000 for 27 Union Road, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 6UB

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £245,000 for 60 Princes Avenue, Middx, EN3 6JY

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £230,000 for 64 Chiltern House, Beaconsfield Road, Lower Edmonton, N9 0ED

 

5.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £228,000 for 68 The Coppice, Yiewsley, West Drayton, Middx, UB7 8DS
